Mr. Ellsworth is a Principal and sits on the board to advise on the political and legal strategies in Mexico. As the president of Contact Development Company, a resort development company active in Mexico for three decades, CDC specializes exclusively in the resort, residential, master planned community and hospitality sectors at an international level. An example is the very successful 15,000 acre Punta Mita project featuring a Four Seasons and two Jack Nicolas golf courses located by Puerto Vallarta

Brett is the former manager of investment and development for Estratur, the international sales and marketing arm of Grupo Situr, Mexico’s largest resort developer at the time. Brett graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance in 1990 and went on to earn a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the same university in 1992.

As a board member of NextGenUrban Brett helps guide the company and
on the finer points of the development business, and marketing in Mexico. Brett lives in Sayulita, Mexico with his wife and children and enjoys longboarding and stand-up-paddling.
