Mr. Rinker leads the business development efforts helping to fine tune the product type in response to market demand and macro trends across industries. Mr. Rinker has been actively developing real estate for his own portfolio and that of the Rinker Company as the Senior V.P. since 1993.

Rinker Company developments include:

  • 300+ gas service stations

  • 3,200 single-family homes

  • 1,200 apartment units

  • 250 resort custom lots

  • 2 regional shopping centers

  • 1,500,000 square feet industrial space

  • 400,000 square feet office space.

Mr. Rinker was active in the Baja California market as the Vice President of Operations for the Rinker Company and developed such projects as the Picabo Airport, Fawn Creek Ranch, Gimlet South, and Carey Ranch.

Mr. Rinker has been acquiring future developable lands on the west coast of the U.S. and Mexico. Rod graduated in 1990 from USC with a bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning then returned to USC to
pursue a Masters in Real Estate Development in 1992. Rod enjoys, fishing, hunting and hiking.
